Office of Medical Education Research and Development

The Office of Medical Education Research and Development is a unit within the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University. Its mission is to improve medical education and related service programs through evaluation and research, consultation, relevant instruction, and programs of faculty development. Established in 1966, OMERAD is the oldest continuously operating office of medical education in the United States.

Facilities

The Office of Medical Education Research and Development is located on the second floor of East Fee Hall. Directions to OMERAD on MSU's campus can be found at MSU's online maps.

OMERAD provides two conference rooms on the second floor of East Fee Hall (rooms A213 and A216), a larger meeting facility in the basement (room E4), a small library focusing on medical education (room A219) and the OMERAD Training Center (room A211).
